How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and check out using our secure payment system.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards via WooPay and PayPal currently, with Apple Pay, and Google Pay functionality to follow shortly.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations—with increased shipping costs and production and delivery times.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while international shipping may take 10–20 business days depending on customs.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective items only. All other sales are final.
How do I start a return?
Email us at mersinbeat@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you’d like to exchange for a different size, just follow the return process described above and let us know what you need. We will take it from there.
Products & Sizing
What sizes are your t-shirts available in?
Most of our shirts are available in unisex U.S. sizes XS–3XL. Sizing information is listed on each product page for reference.
Are your home goods machine washable?
Most t-shirts and apparel items are machine washable. However, care instructions are included on each product page. Home goods items may not be machine washable, or washable at all.
Do you offer custom designs?
We occasionally accept custom requests. Contact us to learn more!

Do you offer gift cards?
No, we do not offer gift cards or codes at this time. But stay tuned!
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Not at this time. All of our pricing is retail pricing currently.
